Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

The products purchased by you are shipped from our office/warehouse in different parts of India. We offer shipping and handling of products through third party agents/contractors. The shipping and handling charges will be specified at the time of check out and customers will be informed before making payment. Kindly ensure that the billing and shipping details provided by you correct and complete in all respects.

Please note that delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address under any circumstance. The Jeweller will not be held responsible for damage of goods after delivery. A delivery will be considered “failed” if the delivery could not be effected due to incorrect address; or if the recipient was not available or if the premises is locked.

Shipping within India

The delivery charges may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. We shall endeavour to make sure that your order reaches you within a period of 7-10 working days from the date of order/receipt of payment. However, the delivery time specified is subject to change and vary based on the shipping address provided. We will notify you in case of any change in the delivery time specified at the time of check out. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseeable circumstances such as strikes, unfavourable weather conditions, governmental regulations/restrictions, act of god etc.

International shipping

We offer international shipping as well. However, the shipping charges may vary for international shipping and it will be notified to the customer. We endeavour to ensure that your order reaches you within period of 15 working days from the date of order/receipt of payment. However, the delivery time specified is subject to change and vary based on the shipping address provided. We will notify you in case of any change in the delivery time specified at the time of check out. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseeable circumstances such as strikes, unfavourable weather conditions, governmental regulations/restrictions, act of god etc.

Returns

We at Celia Palathinkal endeavour to meet the customers’ expectations and we assure you of maintaining the highest standards processing and packaging of the product. Once a product is delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per original order raised by the customer, there is no refund or exchange possible.

If any items are damaged or not as per the customers original order, please contact our customer service team by email through the contact us link on the website and return the product as per the instructions provided by us. Kindly mention the reason for return of product along with order number and date of delivery and we shall take necessary steps to rectify the problem by refund of payment or exchange of item. All such claims must be reported to the customer service on the day of delivery. Any such returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and the item must be in saleable condition.

Please note that we cannot offer exchange or refunds on any used products. Postage and charges for return will not be refunded.  Kindly allow one to two weeks to process any refund requests to be processed.
