Do you have a physical store?
www.celiapalathinkal.com is an Internet based store with a working studio. Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we would make every attempt to make your shopping experience on our web store as close to the “real thing” as possible.
Do you offer custom design services?
Since we design and manufacture all featured jewelry ourselves, we no longer offer concept to production services.
Do you offer repair services?
We guarantee all of our jewelry free from defects and will repair at no cost to you if a repair is needed due to a fabrication error.
If a repair is required due to wear, we would be more than happy to make necessary repairs at reasonable rates. Repairs may take up to four weeks from the time we receive the item until we return it. Please let us know if the repair is a rush, or if it needs to be back to you by a certain date. In some cases, discontinued items returned for repair may not be able to be repaired or replaced.
When not wearing your jewelry, store it in an airtight bag (even a jewelry box will do to limit air flow).
How do I clean my jewelry?
To clean, simply wipe the jewelry with a slightly damp cloth. It’s best to store all plated jewelry in a small plastic box or bag to prevent tarnishing.
What metals do you use in your jewelry?

How many days does It take to receive my order?
Domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 days delivery time from the date of shipping. Items listed as “ready to ship” will be in the mail within 1-2 business days. If you have a deadline, feel free to reach out at (firstname.lastname@example.org) inform us the same.
Why are the products I received slightly different from the order?
Due to the hand crafted nature of our creations and due to the uniqueness of natural materials, slight variations may occur in color and size. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
If you are unhappy with the order, please feel free to return the same to us within 5 days from the date of arrival in the same condition as received(unbroken, with tag and receipt).
What is your shipping policy?
Currently we ship within India. If you would like for us to ship outside India, please contact email@example.com . You will receive e-mail notification from us when your item has been shipped. For your convenience your shipping fees will automatically be added into your shopping cart at the time of check-out.
Do you have all the items on sale that is shown on your website/Instagram page?
No, all of the items that are shown on the “SHOP’ pages are available unless they are marked sold, but we have photo galleries to demonstrate the wide range of jewelry we’ve made till date.
